I have ordered for  Lenono Thinkpad T470 on 19-08-2021.  Received the Product on 21-08-2021.

I have received the damaged product with unusable (worst condition). I found this during unboxing itself. Please refer attached pictures.

I did not even switched on the laptop.


 Could you please replace the product with good one.

Hoping reasonable response from dtek.
